Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Account details: name, email, phone number (optional) and an irreversible hash of your password.

Tutor and school profiles: information published on the profile, photos and documents uploaded for verification (documents are never public).

Lesson requests: the name, phone, email and message you enter in the request form; these are only sent to the relevant tutor or school.

Usage data: profile view and click counts. Visitors are counted using a one-way hash of the IP address that changes daily; IP addresses are not stored.

To provide the service (tutor search, forwarding lesson requests), keep accounts secure (login, password reset, preventing abuse), provide statistics to tutors and meet legal obligations.

Marketing emails are only sent with your explicit consent and can be turned off at any time in Account settings.

We only use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your data is never sold. It is shared, only as far as necessary, with infrastructure providers such as our email delivery and hosting services in order to provide the service.

You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data. You can delete your account and its personal data yourself under Account settings › Delete account.
